Clemson University's Collaborative Learning Environment.

The Critical Methods Collective's Collaborative Learning Environments Sourcebook. This site is a resource for academics and students who want to develop collaborative learning environments (or communities of practice) in which people work together to create new knowledge while learning new skills. There are many links to further information at this site.

EQUEL: EQUEL stands for ‘e-quality in e-learning’ and is a virtual centre of excellence for innovation and research in networked learning in higher and post-compulsory education. The aim of EQUEL is to foster European knowledge and understanding of the effects of e-learning practice, theory and philosophy through building a research and practitioner network of experts working in the field.

The Euro-CSCL web site serves as a community site and resource of information for practitioners (teachers), researchers and school administrators in Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) field. Here you can find news and best practices from CSCL community, links to CSCL research, and information about CSCL software tools and have discussions with other members of the community. 

GEM - US Department of Education's Gateway to Educational Materials.

Greg Kearsley's Theory Into Practice (TIP) site contains brief summaries of 50 major theories of learning and instruction.

IASCE  International Association for the Study of Cooperation in Education Resources for Cooperative Learning page.

INSEAD's Centre for Advanced Learning Technologies  A vast collection of links related to many aspects of learning.

Learning Lab Denmark is a centre for research on learning, affiliated to the Danish University of Education. They aim to solve urgent societal problems related to learning, through experimental and practice-oriented research and development activities. 

London Guildhall University's Deliberations on Learning and Teaching in Higher Education Collaborative Learning resources.

NJIT's WebCenter for Learning Networks Effectiveness Research.  Details results of research on the effectiveness of Asynchronous Learning Networks, and contains links to many resources.

Pennsylvania State University's  Center for Excellence in Learning (CELT).  On the site is a fairly brief but high-quality annotated bibliography of collaborative learning.

Richard Felder's page on Active and Cooperative Learning  This website has many links to pages and articles that are associated with cooperative learning. 

Staffordshire University's list of resources and links for collaborative and cooperative learning, part of their excellent Computers in Teaching and Learning (CITAL) site.

Stanford University's Center for Innovations in Learning.

The Study Guides and Strategies web site is authored, developed and maintained by Joe Landsberger as an educational public service.

Ted Panitz's resources on cooperative learningLots of interesting and useful articles and links.

Temple University's Consortium for the Pedagogical Application of Technology Collaborative Learning Links.

University of Bergen's CSCL site contains a brief overview & interesting links for further study.

University of Essen's KITT site dealing with sychronous collaborative learning, currently being translated into English.

University of Geneva's TECFA site TECFA is an academic unit active in the field of educational technology, belonging to the School of Psychology and Education.

University of Illinois'  Sloan Centre for Asynchronous Learning Environments (SCALE).  

University of Massachusetts' Research in Presentation Production for Learning Electronically (RIPPLES) project is investigating how to most effectively use the World Wide Web and CD/DVD-ROM to deliver lectures and course materials outside of the classroom.

University of Minnesota's Cooperative Learning Center (CLC). Maintained by David T. Johnson and Roger W. Johnson, long- time cooperative learning researchers and practitioners.  A good collection of links and resources.

University of Sheffield's Computer Based Collaborative Group Work Project. The resources page has many links to other collaborative and cooperative learning resources. 

University of Texas'  Collaborative Learning Strategies page has an enormous number of links and a great deal of excellent and scholarly information.

Washington Center's Evaluation Committee Assessment in and of Collaborative Learning. A collection of short articles.
